E-mail: info@koenig-mtm.de
Further information can be found in our legal notice.
Data protection is a high priority for us. Below, we inform you which data is collected and for which purposes this data is processed and used, as well as about your rights.
When you access our website, the following information is stored by default in the server log files.
- the page from which the file was requested – Referrer URL
- the name of the file
- the date and time of the request
- a description of the type of web browser used / browser version and operating system
- hostname of the accessing computer
The stored data is evaluated exclusively for internal statistical purposes and does not allow us to draw any conclusions about your person.
The aforementioned data is processed by us for the following purposes:
- ensuring a proper and smooth connection setup of the website,
- ensuring the use of the website,
- evaluation of system security and stability
Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR constitutes the legal basis for data collection.
The legitimate interest follows from the stated purpose of the data collection.
You can visit our website without providing any personal information. In no case do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.
The processing of data received via our website takes place on servers within Europe. Should this not be the case for individual tools/plugins, we will note this at the respective point.
Cookies
We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files that your browser automatically creates and stores on your terminal device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website.
Cookies do not cause any damage to your terminal device and do not contain viruses, Trojans, or other malware. Information is stored in the cookie that arises in connection with the specific terminal device used. However, this does not mean that we gain immediate knowledge of your identity. We use cookies to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offer for you. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. You can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer or a message always appears before a new cookie is created. Completely deactivating cookies may mean that you cannot use all the functions of our website.
The legal basis for the use of cookies on our website is Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
Borlabs Cookie
This website uses Borlabs Cookie, which sets a technically necessary cookie (borlabs-cookie) to store your cookie consents.
Borlabs Cookie does not process any personal data.
Your consents given when entering the website are stored in the borlabs-cookie. If you wish to revoke these consents, simply delete the cookie in your browser. When you re-enter/reload the website, you will be asked for your cookie consent again.
Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered into the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal notification by email to us is sufficient for this purpose. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your inquiry has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
Communication via Email
We also communicate via email with the consent of the respective data subject (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
Emails may constitute business letters, so these emails, including the email address, will be stored by us until the expiry of tax and/or commercial law periods and/or retention periods according to other legal regulations.
After the retention obligation expires, a check is carried out towards the end of the calendar year to determine whether there is a further need for processing. If this is not the case, the data is deleted.
Data Protection for the Submission of Application Documents
If you send us application documents, we use them exclusively to decide on your application and do not pass your data on to third parties.
Since an application usually contains sensitive personal data, we point out that you are responsible for any encryption of the data yourself. If you use encryption, we ask you to provide us with the corresponding password by telephone.
Application data is stored and managed separately from other data sets and used exclusively for the purpose of application selection. If an employment relationship is established, the necessary data from the application process will be transferred to the personnel file.
If no employment relationship is established, the application documents will be automatically deleted no later than 6 months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that deletion does not conflict with any other legitimate interests of the controller or the applicant has expressly consented to a longer storage and retention of their application (applicant pool).
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a and b GDPR (consent and pre-contractual measures). The retention period after rejection results from Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (demonstration of legally compliant action, e.g., according to the AGG).
Plugins and Tools
Use of Google Maps (consent only)
We use Google Maps API, a map service of Google LLC (“Google”), to display an interactive map and to create route plans. Google Maps is operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google may transfer the information obtained through Maps to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Google will in no case associate your IP address with other Google data.
You have the option to deactivate the Google Maps service and thus prevent data transfer to Google by deactivating JavaScript in your browser.
However, we point out that in this case you will not be able to use the map display on our website.

- operating system used,
- referrer URL (the previously visited page),

This information may also be transferred to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.
In no case will your IP address be merged with other Google data. IP addresses are anonymized so that an assignment is not possible (IP masking).
Further information on data protection in connection with Google Analytics can be found, for example, in the Google Analytics Help (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en).
The legal basis is your consent according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time for the future.
Google Web Fonts (privacy-compliant integration)
This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts.
The fonts are hosted locally on our server, so no IP addresses are transmitted to Google.
Use of Google reCaptcha (only with consent)

The query is intended to prevent abusive automated processing of data by machines.
Within the query, the IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service are transmitted to Google. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCaptcha will not be merged with other Google data. The differing data protection provisions of Google Inc. apply here. With your consent, we use the data you have entered yourself to respond to your contact inquiry/message.
