Perfectly tailored to your
requirements

WILHELM KÖNIG MTM was founded in 1946 as a mechanical workshop and locksmith shop by Wilhelm König and is now managed as a family business in its third generation.
The focus is on manufacturing high-precision clamping elements for modern CNC-controlled machine tools. In this sector, WILHELM KÖNIG MTM has been one of the most innovative companies for decades. The product range includes workpiece clamping devices such as mandrels and chucks in hydraulic, mechanical, or hydromechanical designs, which are sold under the KÖNIGDORN product brand to leading mechanical engineering and industrial companies.

The customer workpieces machined on these precision products range from aircraft components to parts for automobiles and construction machinery, as well as gears for wind turbines.
The KÖNIGDORN product brand has become synonymous with quality among international mechanical engineering companies and the automotive industry. As a rule, clamping tools are developed individually and custom-tailored for customers’ machining tasks.
They are usually produced as one-offs or in small series.
