In daily practical use, hydraulic valves must meet the most demanding requirements—whether in mobile applications, stationary systems, or under extreme conditions on the high seas, such as on oil rigs or in container shipping.

In the area of series production, we offer a comprehensive range of services for the manufacture of high-quality components and assemblies in valve technology. Our focus is on ready-to-install, high-precision turned, milled, and ground parts as well as fully assembled assemblies manufactured exactly according to individual customer specifications.
State-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, a high-performance machine park, and comprehensive quality management ensure the highest precision, process stability, and economical series production. Upon request, we also coordinate all external process steps—from material procurement to surface finishing—providing our customers with a holistic and reliable solution from a single source.
Turning
Our modern turning machine park with single and dual spindles enables the economical production of demanding precision parts—from individual pieces to medium-sized series. The combination of high-performance CNC lathes, automated processes, and high manufacturing depth ensures reproducible quality and short lead times through complete machining.

Precision Machining
