In daily practical use, hydraulic valves must meet the toughest requirements – whether in mobile applications, in stationary systems, or under extreme conditions on the high seas, such as on oil rigs or in container shipping.

In the field of series production, we offer a comprehensive range of services for the manufacture of high-quality components and assemblies in valve technology. Our focus is on ready-to-install, high-precision turned, milled, and ground parts, as well as fully assembled units, manufactured exactly according to individual customer specifications.
State-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, a powerful machine park, and continuous quality management ensure maximum precision, process stability, and economical series production. Upon request, we also coordinate all external process steps – from material procurement to surface finishing – thus offering our customers a holistic and reliable one-stop solution.
Turning
Our modern turning machine park with one and two spindles enables the economical production of demanding precision parts – from single pieces to medium series. The combination of high-performance CNC turning machines, automated processes, and high vertical integration ensures reproducible quality and short lead times through complete machining.

Milling and Drilling

- Hard milling with tolerances in the µm range

Fine Machining
For maximum accuracy and excellent surface qualities, we offer a comprehensive range of fine machining processes. Our specialized machines and stable processes enable the precise machining of hardened materials – from individual parts to medium series.

- Cylindrical and face grinding from Ø 8–1,000 mm
- Length up to 1,200 mm
- Surface grinding up to 1,000 × 540 × 330 mm
- Conventional and CNC-controlled honing
